Automatic Electric complete bio fertilizer production line
ApplicationThe following raw materials can be transformed into Uniform Round ball organic fertilizer granules by the bio fertilizer production line. 1) Agricultural waste: straw, rice bran, grass, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, etc.
2) Animal manure: poultry litter and animal waste, such as fish market, urine and dung of Cow, Pig, Sheep, Deer, Chicken, Duck, Geese, Goat, earthworm cast etc.
3) Industrial waste: biogas residue, palm oil residue, wine lees, vinegar residue, starch pulp, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, bean cakes, fruit residue, etc.
4) Home scrap: food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.

There are many kinds of granulator to make organic fertilizer granules, such as Disc pan granulator, Rotary drum granulation machine, Double roller granulating machine, but Ring die system Granulator machine is becoming more and more popular. Why?
That's because the Ring die organic fertilizer making machine has many advantages.
1) High rate of Finished product. More than 90%.
Granulation rate can reach as high as 100%, all the raw material can be made into round ball granules.
One-time production of uniform spherical granules, few returning materials.
2) Uniform spherical granules, Narrow particle size distribution.
The diameter of granules can be controlled easily. Different sizes of granules can be produced to meet your own needs as long as you change the diameter of the ring die.
3) Good hardness, strong enough for packaging.
The granules will keep the round ball shape in the storage and transportation process, won't collapse, that's because the granulator machine has a good compressive capacity.
4) Easy operation and maintenance.
The labour do not need skill or experience. Just need to adjust the moisture content of raw material before granulation process.
5)Not need binder materials.
The organic content can reach to 100%, which is really pure organic material granulation.
6)Save energy consumption.
Not need to dry the raw material before granulating because the required moisture content is 30-35%.
Moisture content reduced during granulation process, so it can save drying cost.

Working Principle of organic fertilizer Granulator:
The organic fertilizer Granulator includes two parts.
1) The Pellets part with Ring die and rollers system :
The raw material goes into working chamber and fall on the 'dump tray', the raw materials throw into the ring die by centrifugal effect ; The ring die and rollers system turning drive by reduction gears & transmission which energy from motor . The pressure come from ring die and rollers system running ,cylinder form are forced extrusion from ring die hole ,which cutting into small pellets as required by cutting line .
2) Balling Parts are three rotation disk :
The pellets fall onto the disk in the drum ,by high-speed rotating disk throw onto the wall of drum with circumferential movement , the granules in a circular motion at the same time also in radial rotation motion due to centrifugal effect. Mutual friction make the granules with edges and corners into balls gradually due to granules' moving . At this moment , ball pellets gradually floating on the top , final granules overflow along with quantity of granules increased in the drum .
Semi-wet crusher
Semi-wet Crusher is a special equipment for crushing the materials with humidity and Multi-fibrous materials.
It adopts high-speed rotating blades to ensure the feed materials nice granularity and high efficiency. Semi-wet material crusher is widely used in the organic fertilizer producing process and it performs well in crushing chicken / cow / pig manure compost and other Semi-wet organic materials with moisture less than 20%.

Mixer machine
The raw materials for fertilizer granulation should be mixed evenly after batching according to the formula, so raw material mixer equipment is an essential component in the production of organic fertilizer. As usual the single shaft horizontal mixer used for compound fertilizer (organic materials add chemical / mineral raw materials) , and double shaft mixer used for organic raw materials .
Mixer is mainly used to humidify and mix powdery materials in the fertilizer industry. The machine uses shaft(s ) with spiral blades mounted to mix the materials. As the spiral blades have multiple angles, raw materials can be mixed quickly and effectively, regardless of their shape, size and density. The shifts mixer ( blender ) is also suitable for mixing viscous material with about 20%-40% moisture content.

Rotary drum Dryer machine
Rotary Drum Dryer adopts slightly tilted drum which can be rotated. The wet materials are sent to hopper of rotary drum by belt conveyor or bucket elevator from the higher side. Well-dried materials are collected from the other lower side, and then hot air enters the drum from the feeding side to the discharging side.

Rotary drum Cooler machine
Rotary Drum Cooler adopts heating exchange method to cool materials. It is equipped with welded steel spiral scraping wings in front of the tube, lifting board at the end of the rotary body, and auxiliary piping system in the feed end of the cooling machine. The belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and through the reducer the drive shaft is put in motion.
Rotary cooler is used for cooling fertilizer with certain temperature and particle size in fertilizer industry.
Grading (Screening) machine
Grading machine is common equipment in organic fertilizer production processing , mainly used for separating the returned materials ( fine and oversize products ) and finished product (qualified products), also realize the classification of the end products.
After the fertilizer granules go into the drum, it is screened by the rotating of the drum, and on the other hand, granules with large size move forward along the drums gradient, screened gradually through different screening mesh.
This Grading machine adopts the integrated screen mesh which is easy for repair and replacement. This machine is easy to operate and works stable.
